How does Nocturne work? Nocturne combines the ancient power of aromatherapy with modern hydrogel technology. The patch releases a continuous, gentle scent of lavender to relax your mind, while the hydrogel base provides an immediate cooling sensation to soothe tension around your temples. It helps create the perfect conditions for natural sleep.
Does it contain Melatonin or sleeping drugs? No. Nocturne is 100% drug-free. It relies on natural essential oils and physical relaxation. This means no grogginess the next morning and no risk of dependency.
How often can I use it? Because it is drug-free, you can use Nocturne every night as part of your bedtime ritual. Many of our customers use it specifically during stressful weeks or travel.
Where exactly do I apply the patches? For the best effect, place one patch on each temple (the flat area between your eye and your ear/hairline). Make sure skin is clean and dry so it sticks well.
Will it pull my hair or leave sticky residue? Our hydrogel is designed to be gentle. It adheres securely throughout the night but peels off easily in the morning without pulling skin or hair.

Is it safe for sensitive skin? We use a medical-grade hydrogel base designed to be hypoallergenic. However, if you have extremely sensitive skin or known allergies to lavender, we recommend doing a patch test on your arm first.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding? While our ingredients are natural, we always recommend consulting your GP or midwife before using any aromatherapy products during pregnancy.
Is it suitable for children? Nocturne is designed for adults. We recommend it for ages 12 and up.
Can I use Nocturne for travel or naps? Absolutely. Nocturne is perfect for power naps, meditation, or relaxing on long flights and train journeys. It helps you create a private bubble of calm, wherever you are.
Will the patch stay on if I sleep on my side? Yes. The hydrogel adhesion is designed to stay secure even if you toss and turn. For stomach or side sleepers, we recommend placing the patch slightly higher on the temples or forehead to minimize rubbing against your pillow.
Can I use this alongside oral supplements (like Magnesium)? Yes. Since Nocturne is drug-free and works via aromatherapy (scent) and cooling, it is generally safe to combine with your usual wellness routine, such as Magnesium or herbal teas. However, if you are taking prescription medication, please consult your doctor.
What is the shelf life of the patches? To preserve the potency of the essential oils, each pair is sealed in an airtight pouch. We recommend using them within 2 years of purchase. Once a pouch is opened, please use the patches immediately for the best experience.
Is the packaging recyclable? We are committed to sustainability. Our outer box is made from recyclable cardboard. We are also actively working on eco-friendly solutions for our internal sachets to minimize our environmental footprint.
