We are two French brothers who grew up with a simple belief: nature holds the best remedies. In France, lavender wasn't just a flower to us; it was a way of life. We studied it, lived with it, and experienced its powerful benefits for relaxation and sleep from a young age.

A few years ago, we packed our bags and moved to London. We fell in love with the energy of the city, but we also noticed something missing: True Rest.

Today, if you walk through the historic stalls of Covent Garden, you might find us there. It has become our passion and our full-time job to share our expertise on lavender with Londoners and visitors from around the world.

Living in a fast-paced city like London taught us that switching off at night is harder than ever. We wanted to create a solution that combined our French heritage with the needs of modern city life.
